Lesson Description

The lessons below will show you how to calculate the perimeter of the following 2D figures (including the circumference of a circle):

We will learn how to find the perimeter for each of these figures and will see some examples on using their respective perimeter formula.

Now, perimeter is quite simple. In fact, after you have understand the properties of these shapes, it is not necessary to memorize the perimeter formulas at all. This is because with a little bit of thinking, you can easily derive these formulas when needed.
